Study in your own handwriting.

You have already written the material in your own words. “Quiz me” is being developed to turn that handwriting into a study session: hide passages, recall the answer, then check against your original notes.

The planned study flow

  1. Start with your own notes. Your notebook remains the basis for the session.
  2. Hide answers. Selected parts of your handwriting are covered while their context remains visible.
  3. Recall before looking. Try to answer from memory.
  4. Reveal and check. Compare with your notes and revisit what needs more practice.

Review beyond the iPad

Otriva is also developing an iPhone companion for studying on the go with your existing material. Mobile and study mode are still in development; complete quiz sessions and the interaction between devices are not generally available features yet.

What you can use today

The current iPad app offers handwriting, PDFs, subjects and topics, and optional AI explanations. Saved explanation cards help you revisit earlier questions in context.

A public release date has not been announced. This page describes the development direction. Once study mode is released, its availability, requirements, and exact flow will be updated here.
